摘要：Shift-invariance is a fundamental property crucial to the success of many signal processing systems, including those for digital communication, image processing, and machine learning. Yet the standard mathematical definition of this property is often intrinsically impossible and conceptually inappropriate for systems involving multiple sampling rates. In this talk, I shall introduce the concept of µ-shift-invariance which allows proper analysis of shift-variance of these systems.

蔚润义教授多年来从事控制系统和信号处理方面的研究，取得了突出的成 就。 蔚润义教授的主要研究领域为(1)控制理论:研究方向包括系统的建模、 分析、和控制，涉及线性系统、大系统、广义系统分析,采样控制、鲁棒控制、控制工程应用;(2)信号处理:小波分析、数字信号处理、图像处理、数据分析。 发表SCI杂志论文29篇，绝大多数都在控制理论或信号处理 的顶尖杂志,如《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》(10篇,其中6篇 长文)，《IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control》(3篇),《Automatica》(3篇),《IEEE Signal Processing Letters》(3篇),《International Journal of Control》(2篇),《System and Control Letters》,《Digital Signal Processing》 等。SCI引用198次,h-指数=8;ResearchGate引用336次,RG分数=25.71, Google Scholar引用424次,h-指数=11。
